Boy's
U-12 Roadrunners take Second Place in Vermont
Tournament
|
The
HUSC Boyʼs U-12 Roadrunners recently
traveled to Vermont to compete in the Essex
United Soccer Tournament. The team
grabbed second place in their age group with a
4-1 record. The Roadrunners beat the
other 3 teams in their division to advance to
the semi-finals, where they won 1-0 in sudden
death overtime. Unfortunately, the boys
couldnʼt pull off a win against a tough
Essex United team and lost 4-1 in the finals.
The coaches, players and families all enjoyed
an exciting weekend of soccer and team
bonding. Congratulations to Coach Jim
Regan, Coach Bill Lubinski, Andrew Wetmore,
Billy Perry, Brett Richardson, Cody Gajnos,
Derek Leclair, Jack Regan, Jacob Nazarian,
Jeremy Longchamp, Kyle Salucco, Liam
Regan, Matt Lubinski, PJ Busnach, Ryan Doyle,
and Ryan Brown for great teamwork and a
successful tournament.
