Except the EDP teams, everyone has one practice
on Freedom and one on Hills. For the new
coaches, Freedom Field is the main field. EDP
is the small field next to Freedom. Hills is
the school field between the EDP field and the
playground. We usually have two teams
practicing on each field, shown as Freedom 1 or
2 and Hills 1 or 2.
"In The Net" Training
Schedule
Most of the teams will have training sessions
with "In the Net" this fall. The two trainers'
names are Fritz (who will be training on
Mondays) and Brooke (who will be training on
Wednesdays). Here are a couple of points about
the training this fall.

Teams will get 4 training sessions, one every
other week for 8 weeks.

Training will begin the week of Aug 22 and end
the week of Oct 10.

Your first two training sessions will 1.5 hours
long and the last two sessions will be 1 hour
long (due to earlier sunset).

Teams will take turns with the early/late
sessions.

Three teams (U8 Boys, U11 Boys, U13 Boys) will
have their training sessions on Mondays, even
though their normal practice day is on Tuesday.
Unfortunately, we could not get a trainer on
Tuesdays, so teams will have to switch their
practice day on weeks that they have the
trainer.

I apologize that the schedule is so confusing.
Since we don't have a full-time trainer this
season, we had to accommodate the trainers that
we could get.
